Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Things You’ll Need:
- Faith
- The willing to forgive others and yourself
Step1
First you need to have someone to forgive. It could be something small to something big it does not matter. But let me tell you that forgiveness is in within ones self. To forgive you are letting go of built up resement.
Step2
Step 2 let it go forgive that person tell them if you can if not do it in your head. This does not mean to forget but to know that you have let it go in your mind the wrong doing that someone did to you.
Step3
Next I feel you will discover that once you forgive someone they are more likely to forgive you. Funny how things turn around. Also in my life when I forgive people come to forgive me I just love that. We have all made mistakes in our lives but when to treat and love one another to help each other. I believe you meet no one by accident.

on 7/14/2008 I really like this article. It took me years to realize that resentment gets too heavy and that I could put it down. 5*
