How to Make Hungarian Venison Stew

Here is a venison stew make you must try, since it is a delicious and you can make it anytime for a meal. Please enjoy it.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 lb. ground venison
  • 1 medium green pepper cut up
  • 3 slices chopped bacon
  • 4 c. chopped cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 16-oz. can tomatoes cut up
  • 1 clove garlic-cut up
  • 1 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup condensed
  • 1 t. sweet Hungarian paprika
  • dash of salt & pepper
Step1
In a large skillet, cook venison, bacon, green peppers and onions until meat is browned and vegetables are very tender.
Step2
Boil the potatoes in another pan until they are done. Stir in the remaining ingredients and then bring everything together after you turn down the heat.
Step3
Simmer uncovered for about 5 minutes or until heated through. This will make about 4 servings.
