1. Use your computer and the Internet to find the timeshare resale and rental website: http://www.sellmytimesharenow.com/ Then read all FAQS and information on the homepage that pertain to timeshare resale or rental.
2. If you wish to resell your timeshare first click on "Sell My Timeshare" in the right hand column of the homepage. Then fill out all information including your email. If you do not see the name of your timeshare resort in the "Resort" list then select "Other - Not On List" and click on the "Sell it Now! Click Here" button.
3. Next submit all information requested by the website. Remember your resort has the 'first right' to purchase the property, if they waive their 'first right' then you can proceed with the sell. After all business is completed, it will take 6 to 10 weeks to close the sale.
4. If you wish to rent your timeshare first click on "Rent My Timeshare" in the right hand column of the homepage. Then fill out all information including your email. If you do not see the name of your timeshare resort in the "Resort" list then select "Other - Not On List" and click on the "Rent it Now! Click Here" button.
5. Next submit all information requested by website so that your property can be placed on the websites time share rental page. Finally wait for the offers to come in and choose the best one possible for renting your timeshare.
