It is a celebrities job to look good and they spend a lot of money for the best help to get their pre-baby body back within 2 months. Be grateful you don't have the same kind of pressure and scrutiny to slim down that fast. But here are some tips to getting your ideal post baby body.

on 1/24/2008 Very realistic. Remember to eat HEALTHY when breastfeeding, NOT eat everything in sight like I did! You will gradually have to return to regular calorie intake. Keep healthy foods in the house and keep the pressure off yourself. Enjoy that baby!

on 1/22/2008 Women shouldn't have to feel pressure to get their body back so quickly after a baby. There are much more important things to focus on, the weight will come off in time. These are some nice tips for easing back into your old body, patience and time is the key, and above all, don't put a lot of pressure on yourself. Babies grow up so fast, you don't want to spend that precious time worrying about looking perfect.

on 1/20/2008 Most of those celebrities have c-sections/tummy tucks which helps them pull everything in. But for the rest of us out there, these are awesome tips!
