Would you like to know if your employees are satisfied with your company? Provided are some examples to use on a company employee satisfaction survey.

Step1
* [CO. NAME] has a clear corporate "culture" and values
* [CO. NAME] has a strong focus on the customer service and satisfaction
* I am continuously learning and trying to improve myself
* [CO. NAME] encourages employees to work to the best of their abilities.
* There is an opportunity to advance in the organization based on job performance
* [CO. NAME] Management is fair and equitable in the treatment of all employees
* [CO. NAME] offers me the necessary training to do my job well
* [CO. NAME] provides me with the necessary resources to do my job well
* Non-performing employees are held accountable
* I feel confident in [CO. NAME]’s leadership
* The Leadership helps maximize business results
* The Leadership is willing to change to meet new objectives
* The Management cares about how people feel about working at [CO. NAME].
* My department resolves conflict honestly, effectively and quickly
* I am asked to give input in areas that affect my job.
* Employees in my department participate in deciding how the work gets done
* I am free to use my own judgment in getting the job done
At [CO. NAME]
* I am recognized for my accomplishments

Step2
The employee will need to rank their response as follows:

* Strongly Agree
* Agree
* No Opinion
* Disagree
* Strongly Disagree
Step3
You should also include a series of essay questions, whereby, the employee can fill in the blank freely:

* What are the three best things about working at [CO. NAME]?
* What areas need improvement?
* What are your opinions on the challenges facing [CO. NAME]?
* What is the most important thing you would like to see HR-survey do to improve as a place to work?
* Did you experience discrimination or harassment in your work area?
Step4
Also include the following question, and allow for freedom of expression:

* On a scale of Excellent, Neutral, to Poor, how would you rate your overall employment with [CO. NAME] & why?
Step5
Solicit departmental feedback. For example (HR & ADMIN, Finance, Sales & Marketing etc.)


* Feedback in terms of Departmental Assistance, in your opinion are the services offered (very good, good, average, or poor), explain?
Step6
As a foot note you may ask. And leave ample space for the employee to express freedom of thought:

* We welcome your suggestions regarding this survey

Tips & Warnings

  • Once you do receive your results to your company survey. Be prepared to address any issues that are uncovered, and quickly direct it's resolution.
