How do you say more than "You have done a good job" to your employees?

  • 5 Seconds
  • A Smile

Step1
The most important step here is to be genuine, and select an appropriate "public place" to make your statement.
Step2
Public places at work include any of the following:

* Break Room
* Office Conference Room
* Open Cubicle Areas
* etc.
Step3
You're awesome... Make your announcement in front of "an audience" like the employees co-workers, and other managers. These are "high fives"
Step4
Way to go... * Address the emplyee by his/her name and say one of the following:

1) You are enthusiastic about your work
2) You take initiative to resolve the issues
3) You set example to others by your work ethics
4) You work in an organized manner
5) You understand the instructions clearly
6) You implement the instructions thoroughly
7) You work diligently
8) You pay attention to details
9) You have good functional knowledge
10) You do the work assigned to you without any follow-up
11) You deliver on time
12) You have a positive attitude
13) You listen to new ideas
14) You personify “Service with Smile”
15) You have a “Can-do” approach
