How to Write from the Heart

I'm not sure if this will qualify,but here it goes.For me writing is a way to get out all the negative emotions we generate toward ourselves a way to just clear our heads. Although,meditation,a really good cup of herbal tea,a self help book etc...can be the answer; sometimes,at least for me,writing just lifts my spirits into another world.Full of nothing but pure love brings about a sort of effortless bliss we can all experience if we just give it to the Universe.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Pen,pencil,something to write on,True Self Expression,thoughts
Step1
Get out a pen or pencil
Step2
Some sort of writing material:a journal,notebook,note pad etc....
Step3
Whatever comes to your mind in your truest form of self expression

Tips & Warnings

  • You might want to make sure you're in a relaxed state of mind because you seem to operate better under these conditions
  • If done correctly i honestly don't think you'll need a warning.
