1. Order supply online. A 4 week supply is considered average and is usually what you will want to keep on hand.

2. Once your get your suppy of food. organize it into 7 days with putting 5 meals into a freezer bag for 1 day. You can choose from pudding, oatmeal, soups, bars, shakes, hot chocolate, and lattes.

3. Decide what meal will be your lean and green meal. you are allowed anything from 4-6 ounces of meat a day with 1 1/2-3 cups o f vegetables. I always needed my lean and green meal at lunch time since this was able to hold me for the remainder of the day.

drink a lot of water
you can drink diet soda, but try and cut back.
i drank coffee with 4 tablespoons of creamer everyday. i can't give that up. :)
