Things You'll Need:
- 8 ounces Italian Ameretti cookies
- tart pan with removable bottom
- 4 tablespoons melted butter

Step 1
Use a food processor to make crumbs out of the Ameretti cookies. Blend until the consistency is that of bread crumbs.

Blend the melted butter into the crumbs.

Step 3
Press crumb mixture into a tart pan.

Step 4
Refrigerate until the crust is firm. About 1/2 hour.
