How to prevent blindness is to wear shades, if it is provided by the doctor. Look at the sky but don't look at the sun without any shades on. Stay about 4 feet away from the tv.

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
tv When you wake up in the weekend mornings to watch television, you should be about 4 to 5-1/2 feet away from it.
Step2
calendar When you are finished watching television, go and look at the calendar and the date to see if you have an eye doctor appointment.
Step3
eye shades If it is sunny day outside and it is too much light outside, ask your mother if you can go to the market to buy you some shades but go to the eye doctor first, it can prevent light from blinding your eyes.
Step4
eyeglasses Instead, if you already have glasses it is important to keep them on to make you see clearly so it can prevent you from straining your eyes while watching television or reading a book.

Tips & Warnings

  • Don't you ever stare straight at the sun, it can cause blindness and harmful to the eye, it is too much light.
  • Never stay too close to the television too long, it can cause blindness to the eyes when you wake up in the next morning.
