Turn off any phone and distractions ( its all about YOU right now)

First of all breathe, just forget about everything and breath long breaths.

Have an orange handy, ( a split one) squeeze it into a bowl or cup ( that relieve some tension) maybe drink the orange juice since it is good for you. :)

Now that you have relieve some tension go to your bathroom , but first grab your favorite towel and spa salt.

Also grab a boom box with your favorite music ( try something mellow)turn it on.
Step6
Ok Now the good part , go ahead and add the spa salt to your tub ,( enjoy the smell( try lavender, its very relaxing)

Go ahead and add the warm water, don't take a shower take a bath!!!!!!!!!!!!
