Things You'll Need:
- Blueberries
- Kefir Cheese
- Sugar
- Lemon Juice
- Vanilla

Step 1
Gather the following Ingredients:
2 c KEFER cheese (or you can sub sour cream)
1 1/2 c sugar
2 T lemon juice
1 t vanilla extract
4 c fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed -
Step 2
Take all the ingredients and combine then in your blender or food processor. Blend it till smooth. If you don't like the blueberry skins or seeds, you can press through a sieve, but I prefer to leave them in.

Step 3
Place mixture in the freezer and freeze until desired consistency. I usually can't wait too long. Or if you're in a hurry - it makes a great smoothy.

there is no "r" in SHERBET.
and it is pronounced as it looks... SHER-bet (not -bert). see below:
