Do not take your weight loss exercises very seriously. Do it for fun and in an easy way. Go out with friends for beach swimming party. Play tennis with friends and any games outdoors. Go out for fishing with the groups and have picnic at the beach. Jogging early in the morning with your dogs in the shoreline. Climb up hills with your family and buddies. Losing weight should be all for fun and at the same time you really make it happen. It should not be expensive and artificial. Dance with your friends and laughing with them. When your body has so much fun everyday believed me you will never gain weight. Lose weight by laughing at it. When you laugh you are burning your fat too fast. Real laugh not the one with just like get along with someone.
