Step1
Take a total look at your life. Are there patterns of despair or frustration? Realize what isn't working and eliminate the excess baggage from your life.
Step2
Free yourself of relationships that don't help you grow. If there is an unhealthy relationship (personally or professionally) that is causing you stress, work to eliminate that from your life by getting a new job, or making new friends.
Step3
Be humble as you become filled with peace. Don't allow newborn pride to make you feel you have arrived. It's an everyday journey. Some days you will feel more aligned with a peaceful path than others.
Step4
Practice forgiveness. Try your best to forgive others. But most of all, learn to forgive yourself!
