This can go for both men and women. Ever wonder how to minimize the perspiration or smell in your feet? Ladies, don't you just want to be able to wear those slinky shoes or pumps without the sweat? Gentlemen, don't you just want to wear shoes without worrying about the stench when you remove the shoes? I learned the hard way and hopefully you won't have to:

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • anti-perspirant goes-on-clear deodorant (preferably scented)
  1. Step 1

Wash your feet thoroughly with soap and water.

  2. Step 2

Rub your feet with an exfoliator if you have it. This will help loosen any dead dried skin on your feet. (Feet exfoliators can be found in any of your skin-care aisles at the local pharmacy).

  3. Step 3

Dry your feet completely and apply minimal lotion around the feet.

  4. Step 4

Apply the deodorant of your choice that's anti-perspirant and goes-on-clear and let stand for a couple of minutes.

  5. Step 5

Finally put on cotton socks with your shoes or cotton stockings for the ladies.

  6. Step 6

Apply deodorant on your feet even in the summer months when wearing sandals and such. But be careful how much you put on as you may slide from time to time if the deodorant is a lot and not settled completely.

Tips & Warnings
  • Let the deodorant settle before putting on your socks/stockings.
  • You may also apply deodorant on external areas of your body where you experience excessive or abnormal sweating.
  • Please read the warning labels on deodorants before applying. Obviously use deodorant externally only.
