How to Use Leftover Taco Meat

When you have just a little bit of taco meat left over and you want to try something new!

Things You'll Need

• corn tortillas
• shredded cheddar cheese
• taco meat
• Franks Hot Sauce
• Oil
• frying Pan
• Paper Towel
• IDEA # 2
• tater tots
• baking dish
• cheese

Instructions

1. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan.

2. Once oil is hot, place a corn tortilla in pan. Place shredded cheese and spoon pieces of taco meat onto the tortilla, then add extra shredded cheese. Top with a second tortilla.

3. Carefully flip the taco quesadilla once the bottom is golden and a little crispy. Fry the other side until golden and crispy.

4. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel. Serve immediately, or cover to keep warm while you cook up more.

5. Serve with Franks Hot Sauce.

6. ANOTHER IDEA:
   put a layer of tater tots in a baking dish and back according to package directions. Then top them with the taco meat leftovers and cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Bake until meat is hot and cheese is melted. You can serve this as is or with taco toppings.
