Open up an Internet browser and type in www.aol.com on your search bar.
Step2
Scroll all the way down on the AOL homepage, and click on the "Gas Prices" tab which can be found on the lower right hand corner.
Step3
Type in your zip code, and hit the "Save" button.
Tips & Warnings
Do this each time before pumping gas, and save more money each time.
Prices change on a daily basis, so check constantly for the cheapest gas in your city.
Don't drive to the other side of town for gas that's not too much cheaper than a gas station closer to you; this will only make you lose money in the long run.

There's also a great site called "Gas Buddy" that will list out the cheapest in your area, too. Plus, Sam's Club works the same as Safeway...

I work 30 miles from where I live and the gas there is over fifteen cents cheaper than my home town. I'll have to use this to see if I can find gas even cheaper there. Thanks!

on 2/28/2008 Gasbuddy.com is another handy site. Although I am thinking "cheap gas" is going to be a thing of the past soon. :(
