Your hungry and you want something to munch on but avoid excessive calories? Hmm, I bet we can come up with some great ideas with little fuss!

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Desire to munch
  • Desire to avoid excessive calories
  • Ability to read labels
  • Patience to adjust your eating habits!

Step1

You get the sweet craving fulfilled without all the sugar and get something healthy and chocked full of vitamins.
Step2

You can avoid the milk, cutting down on the fat by using only water, a little butter/margarine/butter substitute if you prefer.

This usually fills me up rather quickly while only sustaining in 1/3 of a cup of flakes about 70 grams. That is based upon following the directions on the box as I read it.
Step3

Just have to avoid the excessive amounts of fruits as some of the sweet kinds carry big calorie intake if taken in higher doses..LOL.
Step4
Occasionally I will eat a single can of Mandarin Oranges with about 80 calories in a 1/3 cup serving from a 11oz can.
Step5

Step6

This aids to settle the tummy a bit and often can provide you with the comfort without the added unnecessary calories.

Tips & Warnings

  • Always eat in moderation to avoid excessive calorie intake
  • Always eat what you enjoy that leaves you feeling both full and fulfilled
  • Always enjoy the smaller snacks in moderation or you will still get the same calorie intake
  • Don't starve yourself to lose weight.
  • Always consult a physician before starting any diet!
  • Avoid foods that will cause you any irritable bowel issues or lactose problems
  • Spending big dollars on something doesn't make it healthier for you.
