Munching on a single cup of cereal dry like honey nut cheerios for example has only about 110 calories!
You get the sweet craving fulfilled without all the sugar and get something healthy and chocked full of vitamins.

I will occasionally snack on a small bowl of instant potatoes. You can avoid the milk, cutting down on the fat by using only water, a little butter/margarine/butter substitute if you prefer.
This usually fills me up rather quickly while only sustaining in 1/3 of a cup of flakes about 70 grams. That is based upon following the directions on the box as I read it.
Step3

Fruits everyone knows that one right?
Just have to avoid the excessive amounts of fruits as some of the sweet kinds carry big calorie intake if taken in higher doses..LOL.
Step4
Occasionally I will eat a single can of Mandarin Oranges with about 80 calories in a 1/3 cup serving from a 11oz can.
Step5

Granola snack bars can be good for you, but be sure to read the labels some have some hefty calories in them.

Often to quiet a rumble in my tummy I will pop a peppermint in my mouth rather than food. This aids to settle the tummy a bit and often can provide you with the comfort without the added unnecessary calories.
Tips & Warnings
Always eat in moderation to avoid excessive calorie intake
Always eat what you enjoy that leaves you feeling both full and fulfilled

Don't starve yourself to lose weight.
Always consult a physician before starting any diet!

Spending big dollars on something doesn't make it healthier for you.
