How to Find the Real World New Orleans House

For fans of the MTV series "The Real World" it can be a huge thrill to see one of the houses where the series was filmed. The New Orleans house is over 100 years old and located on the beautiful St. Charles Ave.

1. If you find yourself in the city, depending where you are, there are a number of ways to get to the house. If you're on Interstate 90, take exit 11C and head west on St. Charles until you arrive at 2618 St. Charles Ave.

2. If you're in the French Quarter, head north until you get to N. Rampart St and take a left. N. Rampart will turn into Loyola and you will want to take a left on Andrew Higgins Dr. When you arrive at St. Charles, take a right and follow the street until you arrive at 2618 St. Charles Ave.

3. If you are at or near the Superdome, take S. Claibourne to Jackson and take a left on Jackson and follow it to St. Charles, where you will turn right. Follow St. Charles to 2618 St. Charles Ave.

4. If you are unsure where you are in the city, head south toward the Mississippi river. St. Charles Ave runs parallel to the river, and you will most likely intersect the street along the way. Follow St. Charles until you arrive at 2618 St. Charles Ave.

Tips & Warnings

• The address of the house is not marked, so pay attention to the addresses of the houses around it.
• The streets of New Orleans can be tricky and confusing to navigate. Your best bet when you're there is to purchase a map.
