A lot of bars and restaurants in Atlanta purport to have the town's best Bloody Mary, a mixed drink that features tomato juice, vodka, lime and sometimes such fixings as Tabasco, olives, celery and seasoned salt. With some insider tips, you can find the best Bloody Mary's in the city.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

The first place to go is Six Feet Under, a seafood restaurant on Memorial Drive. On the weekend they give you a glass with your choice of vodka, and then you add the rest: Clamato, tomato juice, salt and other add-ons. The restaurant is very popular and it may be difficult to find a place at the bar, but the effort will be worth it.

  2. Step 2

Front Page News, with locations in Midtown and Little Five Points, has a weekend Bloody Mary bar, too. You can go Cajun with spicy mixes.

  3. Step 3

You might not expect it, but the ESPN Zone in Buckhead has a great Bloody Mary too. And with dozens of TV screens, you can suck it down while watching the game.

  4. Step 4

Highland Tap, with its subterranean bar, mixes an amazing Bloody Mary. It's less festive down here, but relaxed and a great atmosphere for sipping this hangover-killer.
