Peaslee monument Get a tour map from the office ss you enter through the ornate gates of Cave Hills. You'll immediately see the Sphinx monument dedicated to Charles Rowland Peaslee. Peaslee died in 1905 and had been a paints and lamps merchandiser.
Step2
Tingly Fountain detail The Tingly fountain is a centerpiece of the cemetery. Built in memory of the wagon maker, William Tingly this serene and spooky fountain features an oddly posed female figure and two smaller statues that are perfect for a photographic study.
Step3
Drive through the cemetery so you don't miss the countless other monuments and statues. Enthusiasts and history buffs could spend several hours there with map and camera discovering the many breathtaking sites of Cave Hills.
