Things You'll Need:
- 1 oz sesame, vegetable, or olive oil
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 1 cup chopped white mushroms
- 3/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 onion julienned
- 1 cup snap peas, or green beans
- 2 cups spinach

Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet, and add garlic when heated. Sauteé 2 minutes, and add onions. Sautueé 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir Constantly

Optional-
If using meats, fish or vegetarian options add now, and cook until half way done. -
Step 3
Add carrots first, and then mushrooms a minute later. After about 3 minutes add snow peas, or green beans. Finally wilt the spinach as the stir-fry comes to a finish.
