  • 1 pkg frozen "shoe peg" corn or 3-4 pieces corn on the cob
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/3 cup chopped jalapeño slices(drained -optional-
  • more if you want it hotter
  • 4 oz can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 stick of butter(or margarine) at room temperature
  • 2-cup pkg "3 cheese Mexican blend grated cheese"
  • glass pie dish, or an 8 x 8 Pyrex dish
  • One can of black beans - drained
  • Frito scoops or other chips to dip
