How to Lose weight, and Stay at your Desired Weight!

To lose weight, and keep the weight from coming back is not as hard as you might think. You need to be determined, motivated, and disciplined toward your reaching your desired weight, once you get to your desired weight keeping it off is easy maintenance. A diet is what you eat, your bodies diet can be good or bad depending on what you eat most, your goal is to change from bad diet habits to good healthy diet habits, with slow and consistent changes.

Instructions

Things You’ll Need:

  • Motivation
  • Determination
  • Discipline

Step1
* 1st start slow, very important make slight and consistent healthy changes to your diet, like cutting out butter, salt, high fat sauces, preservatives and condiments.
Step2
* Eat 5-6 portion size meals per day, don't try to lose weight by not eating it's not healthy and slows metabolism, make smart portion size choices 1 meat, 2-3 vegetables, and 1 carb per meal. Eat snacks between meals best choices Fruit, yogurt, nuts, and cottage cheese.
Step3
* Eliminate fast food and soda as much as possible fast food contains high amounts of trans fats very bad, soda on the other hand is nothing more than surgar and syrup witch = fat . Drink lots of water, tea, and natural juice.
Step4
* Start to exercise again, slow then gradually more exercise with longer intervals, examples:(10 min walks, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and run in place) You don't need to join a gym there are plenty of exercises you can do at home.
Step5
* Finally stay focused , consistent, and motivated.

Tips & Warnings

  • after you start losing weight you will find it easier to increase your exercise and healthy diet habits.
  • Staying in shape is easy once you lose weight to your desired weight, then it's just maintenance.
  • The reason I wrote this article is because I gained some undesired weight, and lost 35 lbs. in two months with these tips.
  • It takes time, determination, and discipline.
