Your toddler has a stuffy nose. And no matter how hard it is for them to breathe, sleep or drink, they'll probably resist as soon as they see you with the aspirator. Here are some other options to ease your child's congestion.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Keep your toddler's room well humidified to loosen up his congestion. You can also sit with your baby in a steamed-up bathroom for 5 or 10 minutes.
Step2
Take your toddler outside. Fresh air sometimes helps with stuffiness.
Step3
Hold your baby upright. This position helps clear the nasal passages.
Step4
Splash a small amount of water gently into her nose to help the mucus drip out during your baby's bath. Do not splash a large amount of water into your baby's nose.
