Things You'll Need:
- 7 ½ cups of black-eyed peas
- 2 cups of carrots, diced and cooked
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small can of pimiento, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- ¾ cup of sugar
- ¾ cup of vinegar
- 2/3 cup of salad oil
- 5 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can of tomato soup

Step 1
Dice and cook the carrots, mince the garlic and chop the onion, bell pepper and pimiento.

Mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce and tomato soup together and blend it all well in one bowl.

Mix the black-eyed peas, carrots, onion, bell pepper, pimiento and garlic well in another bowl.

Step 4
Mix the contents of the two bowls together.

Refrigerate and serve either hot or cold.
