Things You'll Need:
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of basmati rice
- 6 cups of chicken stock
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of water

Step 1
Beat the eggs into a froth, then introduce the lemon juice.

Simmer the rice in the stock and water for 20 minutes, then place the pot on a trivet.

Pour ½ of the soup into the eggs, stir well, then pour in the rest of the soup and serve.
