Things You’ll Need:
- ¼ pound of kielbasa
- ¼ pound of knackwurst
- ¼ pound of roast beef
- ¼ pound of ham
- aioli
- 2 tablespoons of capers
- 4 dill pickles
- 12 green onions
- 4 tablespoons of parsley
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup of pickled pearl onions
- ½ cup of pickled garlic
Step1
Grill the kielbasa and knackwurst and refrigerate them overnight.
Step2
Hard boil and chop the eggs and green onions.
Step3
Chop up the pickles, kielbasa, ham, roast beef and knackwurst and place them in a bowl.
Step4
Add the parsley, pickled garlic, pickled onions, green onions and capers and stir well.
Step5
Top with the eggs and serve with the aioli on the side for a dip.
