Things You’ll Need:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons of sweetened coconut flakes
- 5 tablespoons of coriander leaves
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of tumeric
- 3 teaspoons of chili powder
- 2 teaspoons of ginger purée
- Dijon mustard
- sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper

Massage the salt, pepper and mustard into the breast, then set the breasts into a baking pan.
Step3
Combine the coconut flakes, coriander leaves, egg, milk, tumeric, salt, chili powder, pepper and ginger purée and beat vigorously.
Step4
Drizzle the sauce over the breasts and bake them for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. At the 15 minute mark, take the breasts out of the oven, brush more of the sauce on the breasts, then return the breasts to the oven.
