Things You'll Need:
- 6 freestone peaches
- 2 cups of Sauvignon Blanc
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup of water

Step 1
Peel the lemon, then slice it in half and squeeze the juice into a small bowl. Save the peel.

Dip the peaches into boiling water, remove, allow to dry and cool in a sieve, then peel, slice in half and remove the stones.

Add the Sauvignon Blanc, sugar, water, lemon juice and lemon rind to a saucepan and heat it up.

When the sugar melts introduce the peaches, boil, then simmer, then refrigerate.
