Things You'll Need:
- 1 pound of new potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- sea salt
- freshly-ground pepper
- ¼ cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of chives
- 1 red onion

Step 1
Mince the chives and parsley, grind the pepper, chop the onion.

Boil the potatoes in salty water, drain them in a sieve and allow them to cool. After that, peel them and chop them into rough chunks.

Heat up the butter in a saucepan, then add the onion, salt, pepper and lemon juice and sauté.

Introduce the potatoes. Stir slightly.

Top with the parsley and chives.
