Things You'll Need:
- 1 large bulb of fresh garlic
- Fresh eggs
- 1 quart of beef stock
- ¼ cup of virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. of sea salt

Step 1
Peel and mince the garlic.

Step 2
Sauté the garlic in olive oil until it caramelizes.

Step 3
Introduce the stock and salt to this and boil.

Step 4
Crack 1 egg into each soup bowl.

Step 5
Pour the soup through a sieve and discard the pieces of garlic. Then, pour the broth over the eggs.
