How to make Red Wine Rosemary Marinade

A simple recipe that will dazzle your friends and family. Use it with your favorite cut of steak or with a yummy pork tenderloin.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • A few common ingredients

Step1
Ingredients:

1 tbls. fresh rosemary
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbls. fresh oregano
4 leaves fresh mint
1 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
2 tsp salt
1/4 white onion
3 cloves garlic
Step2
Combine ingredients into a food processor. Process on high for approximately 45 seconds.
Step3
Add marinade to choice of meat in a zip lock bag. Refrigerate for at least two hours. Remove meat and grill. Brush on marinade during grilling process. Could also be used in a crock pot.
