3. Prescription medicines. There are some medicines your dermatologist can prescribe which may help.
4. Subcusion. This is a process that lifts the upper layer of skin, which allows the blood to flow better and encourages healing.
5. Chemical peel. This is where you put a chemical on your skin which burns away the top layer.
6. Dermabrasion. This removes the top layer of skin using a rotating buffer machine, similar to a sander.
