How to be Happy

Happiness is a state of mind. You may think it's easy. So why so many people can't find it? Theses little exercises can help you shift gear and bring you happiness.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging

Things You’ll Need:

  • Persistence, willing and open yourself to communication.
Step1
First clean up whatever old resentment you may have. Look at what’s making you angry. Pick one problem at the time, AND LET IT GO. Look at what its costing you, (example: stress, happiness, self expression, body pain etc…) and what is it you are holding on. In every problem we have there is a pay off. You may complain and your pay off is the sympathy you get from others. It won’t take long before your surrounding change and old friends disappear… Wondering why?
Step2
Accept the problem for what it is and for what it is not. Nothing you can do about it. Especially if it is past. So stop resisting it, and be at peace. Close your eyes and mentally flush it; or burn spiritually the entire thing you are holding onto that make you unhappy.
Step3
Close your eyes and think about something you really want. Be careful if you want money or love, don’t think about the money you don’t have, or the fact that you don’t want to be alone any more. Think about abundance, and unconditional love. And fell it in your bones. Keep that feeling. Being loved, being successful, being wealthy, etc…and write it down so you can go back to it as many time as you want.
Step4
Keep the feeling alive, and go through life like if you had it already. From that point you are going to start to produce an energy that will change your state of mind. From that state of mind you will produce more of this positive energy. Ever heard of money goes to money? It’s the same with happiness; it’s the same with everything, the good, and the bad.
Step5
Do this exercise as a morning routine. As the days goes by add on more and more of what you want and give up what you are holding on. And watch… you will transform your state of mind, and happiness will surround you.
Step6
Every night be thankful for everything you have. Look at the positive of your day. And if you can’t see anything positive, then look at what is it that you have been holding on? You must have a pay off out of it, otherwise you won’t have keep it on all day.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you consider there is no right or wrong but “a way”, then you will stop being rage fully right and make others wrong, or the opposite… Theses exercises could be done alone, but doing them with someone may bring better results. I am sharing it with you because it works for me. Enjoy!
