Whether it is lack of sleep, allergies, or your real age creeping up on you, under eye wrinkles can be a menace and can make you look older than you really are. Even though there are thousands of over-the-counter creams available to fight the “signs of aging,” there is actually a quick fix hidden in your kitchen pantry.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Under eye wrinkles
  • Honey
  1. Step 1

Follow your normal morning regime by cleansing your face and applying face cream. This time, hold off on your eye cream until we use the honey insta-fix.

  2. Step 2

Dab a small amount of honey on your ring finger and apply lightly to the under eye area, making sure not to get too close to your eye. You should treat the honey just as you would your eye cream, which means you should dab it on you’re your lower orbital bone.

  3. Step 3

Allow the honey to sink in and dry slightly, and then tap the area lightly with your ring finger once again.

  4. Step 4

Wash the honey from your fingers and once the area is dry enough you can gently apply a small amount of regular eye cream if needed.

  5. Step 5

Finish your morning regime by applying your make-up as normal.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also try to mix a couple drops of honey with a few drops of your regular under eye cream in the palm of your hand and apply it in one step.
  • A honey application at bedtime works the best since you will not be adding makeup or anything else on top of it.
  • If you decide to apply honey at night, make sure your cat or dog won’t surprise you in the middle of the night by licking it off.
  • If you have a honey allergy, you may not want to try this procedure.
