How to Prepare Parma Ham Baked in Milk

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Parma ham (several slices)
  • 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered mustard
  • Milk
  • Cool water (cool--not warm or hot)

Step1
Carpet a baking dish with the ham.
Step2
Stir the mustard powder and brown sugar into cool water. Drizzle this mixture over the ham.
Step3
Pour just enough milk into the pan so that the ham is only slightly covered, then bake all this for one hour at 300 degrees.
