How to Clean a Pool With a Weak Pool Vacuum

1. Check your automatic pool vacuum for rocks or debris that may be stuck inside clogging the mechanism and creating poor suction.

2. Before hooking up the pool vacuum, do most of the cleaning by hand.

3. Brush the sides of the pool. Remove leaves on surface and bottom of pool with a net. If it's warm, dive to the bottom to remove debris the net can't scoop. Brush bottom of pool.

4. When dirt settles, hook up pool vacuum and help to guide it around the pool bottom for maximum effect.
