This is so easy ...... all you have to do is gather a little information.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pad and Pen
  • A little time
  1. Step 1

First of all each individual needs their own directives for each process. ...I am going forward with this instruction based on the idea that we are doing this for a head of household.So....get out your pad and pen.

  2. Step 2

Lay out (3) sheets of paper and label them:
    1) Will
    2) Living Will
    3) Living Trust, sometimes called an Irrevocable Trust or Life Estate dependant upon what asset you are protecting what situation you are in.

  3. Step 3

Now keeping in mind that :
    1) A will is for stating specifically assets, possessions, children etc. you want to leave to whom when you die.
    2) A living Will is the document which contains the medical protocol on your wishes for treatment in case you cannot speak for yourself ..... you can also name a medical seroget...which is someone that would make the decision for you in case you couldn't.
    3) An irrevocable trust involves either money or property or both and involves the services of an attorney.....as does a Life Estate, and the Life Estate is simply giving your home to someone but keeping the right to live there till you die.
With all that in mind make notes on each piece of paper
what your wishes are under each of the titles.

  4. Step 4

When you have written all your wishes under each title...go to
free forms.com and print off a form for each document ..... fill then out using your notes and file them each with the proper authority for that specific form.
