Things You'll Need:
- Vegan yogurt, plain or vanilla (may I suggest Whole Soy co. brand yogurt)
- Soymilk, plain or vanilla (I love Silk)
- Nutmeg
- Sugar
- Vanilla
- Saucepan
- Ladle
- Stove
- Teacups or mugs
- Thirsty vegan(s)

Step 1
Mix together desired amounts of yogurt and soymilk in the saucepan until you get a good, creamy eggnog consistency.

Heat mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally. If it bubbles, it's too hot.

Add sugar, nutmeg, and vanilla to taste. You won't need as much vanilla if you used vanilla soymilk or yogurt. Stir well, and continue to heat until sugar dissolves.

Ladle into teacups or mugs. Serve hot or cold.
