    How to Cook for a Sagittarius

  1. Step 1

    Recommended starches for Sagittarius are brown rice, whole wheat, potatoes, oats, grain husks and whole-grain cereals.

  2. Step 2

    Recommended proteins for Sagittarius are egg yolks, high protein, broiled poultry and fish, fresh proteins and fruits and vegetables, eggs, skim milk and yogurt.

  3. Step 3

    Recommended fruits and vegetables for Sagittarius are raw salads, green peppers, figs, prunes, strawberries, pears and apples.

  4. Step 4

    A good meal for Sagittarius would be a meal they can nibble on. A salad of all kinds of raw vegetables, an omelet or some broiled fish, and a small serving of brown rice. A fruit dessert will make a good snack an hour or so after dinner. Better yet, take them out for sushi (try the broiled salmon skin) and miso soup!
