How to Cook for a Scorpio

Step1
For Scorpio, recommended starches are whole-grain breads and oatmeal.

Recommended proteins for Scorpio are lentils, milk, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, fish, seafood, wheat germ, almonds and walnuts.
Step3
Recommended fruits and vegetables for Scorpio are asparagus, kale, cauliflower, radishes, onions, parsnips, watercress, tomatoes, figs, prunes, black cherries, coconuts, green salads, beets, escarole, romaine, Brussels sprouts, artichokes, citrus fruit, berries and apples.
Step4
A good meal for Scorpio would be some lightly sautéed fish with roasted Brussels sprouts and whole-grain bread and butter. Berry cobbler with oats in the crust would make a healthy, yummy dessert.
