How to Cook for a Leo

Step1
Recommended starches for Leo are whole wheat, rye and rice.

Recommended proteins for Leo are almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, seafood, egg yolk, beef, lamb, poultry, liver, cheese, whole milk and yogurt.
Step3
Recommended fruits and vegetables are figs, lemons, apples, peaches, coconut, beets, asparagus, romaine, fresh fruit, green salads, spinach, raisins, dates, plums, pears and oranges.
Step4
A good meal for Leo would be anything barbecued, a curried rice salad with vegetables and raisins, and lemon meringue pie!
