How to Cook for a Cancer

Step1
Recommended starches for Cancer are whole-grain rye, other whole grains, and rice.
Step2
Recommended proteins for Cancer are egg yolks, yogurt, fish, oysters, milk, cheese and lean proteins.
Step3
Recommended fruits and vegetables for Cancer are beets, watercress, kale, lettuce, tomatoes, okra, and any seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables.
Step4
A good meal for Cancer would be a mild version of seafood gumbo with okra and lots of rice. A salad of lettuce, tomatoes and beets and whatever else is available and some rye bread would fill out the menu.

Tips & Warnings

  • It's always important to eat plenty of whatever is in season.
  • Cancerians should drink plenty of good water.
  • No wine or alcohol.
  • Limit starches, sugar, salt, hot peppers and horseradish.
