How to Cook for a Gemini

Step1
Recommended starches for Gemini are wild rice and other whole grains.
Step2
Recommended proteins for Gemini are almonds, broiled fish and shellfish, milk, buttermilk and cottage cheese.
Step3
Recommended fruits and vegetables for Gemini are asparagus, green beans, tomatoes, celery, carrots, spinach, oranges, peaches, plums, apricots, grapefruit, grape juice, apples, raisins, lettuce and cauliflower.
Step4
A good meal for Gemini would be broiled shrimp, roasted asparagus, and a mix of grains that includes wild rice. Apple pie would be a wonderful dessert.

Tips & Warnings

  • It's always important to eat plenty of whatever fruits and vegetables are in season.
