    How to Cook for an Aries

  1. Step 1

    Recommended starches for Aries are brown rice and potatoes.

  2. Step 2

    Recommended proteins for Aries are dried beans, lentils, walnuts, veal, swordfish, flounder and milk.

  3. Step 3

    Recommended fruits and vegetables for Aries are tomatoes, olives, onions, lettuce, cauliflower, cucumber, spinach, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, figs, bananas, dried apricots, and pumpkin.

  4. Step 4

    A good meal for Aries would include a green salad, sautéed or barbecued swordfish, a moderate serving of steamed potatoes tossed with butter, fresh dill and green onions, sautéed broccoli, and pumpkin pie for dessert.

Tips & Warnings
  • It's always important to eat plenty of whatever is in season.
