This is a real life saver, when having guest. ( A little goes a long way) Adding herbs and spices only enhances the dish.
It is colorful and pleasing to the taste.
Cook pasta in (salted water) optional as directed, drain in cold water to stop the cooking process. Place in bowl and refrigerate until needed. Take a sip of your wine.
Step2
Open tuna, drain well and add one teaspoon of lemon juice. Drain olives and set aside. In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, herbs, salt and lemon juice until smooth. Cut fresh tomatoes into small chunks. Have another taste of your wine.
Step3
Retrieve pasta from refrigerator and add mayonnaise mixture. Add tuna and olives mixing to incorporate. Garnish with tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
Serve with toasted Italian bread spread with olive oil and garlic powder.
Tips & Warnings
Make sure your pasta is cold, remember this is a salad. The mayonnaise will cling to it better.
