Here's an easy dinner recipe that's not only simple, but super quick. Whip this up when you're running late on dinner one night or if you have surprise guests stopping in for a visit. Read on to learn more.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • Ketchup
  • Onions
  • Lemons
  • Brown sugar
  1. Step 1

Take your pork chops. You can use as many or as little as you'd like, which is the beauty of this recipe, and rub them with brown sugar. Rub them lightly so that the sugar just dusts the surface.

  2. Step 2

Slice onions and lemons length-wise so that your have thick, round pieces.

  3. Step 3

Place pork chops in a glass-bottom pan and stack a thick slice of onion and lemon over the top.

  4. Step 4

    Drizzle the chop with ketchup.

  5. Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 - 40 minutes, or until the pork chop is cooked completely through. There shouldn't be any pink. If you have a meat thermometer you can check that the middle is at least 150 degrees F.

Tips & Warnings
  • The USDA recommends cooking pork to at least 150 degrees F. Use a meat thermometer for the best accuracy.
