1. It’s basic but crucial. Include contact information such as your name, address and e-mail so the publisher can easily reach you.
2. Include a prospectus of your manuscript. This is an introduction to the work and it should discuss several specific features including a book overview, audience, table of contents, reviewers, sample chapters and resume.
3. Either mail or e-mail the completed manuscript to the appropriate contact.
