Step1
Visit www.tree-nation.com. According to the organization’s website, Tree-Nation is an ecological project with the goal of planting eight million trees in Niger, Africa. Step3
GreenDimes is helping to plant trees and stop junk mail. Log on to www.greendimes.com and for $20 they’ll stop your junk mail for a year and plant ten trees. GreenDimes has three non-profit tree-planting partners to plant trees in India, Haiti, Senegal, Central America and in the US.

Tips & Warnings

  • Give a tree as a gift. Many of the sites offer opportunities to buy trees in someone’s behalf.
